The Villa
The villa consists of two fully independent and spacious apartments distributed on two levels. Each has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower), a living room and a kitchen, and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dish washer, microwave and washing machine. The lower-level’s outside area includes a jacuzzi, a grill, a shower with hot water, and off-street parking. The upper level features a swimming pool (depth 1.5m), generous front and back porches, a grill, a shower with hot water and secure parking.

Location, shops and more
The villa is ideally located just off the town center, in a residential neighborhood (“La Filetta”) that preserves its quiet mood even during the busy summer months, while still being very close to all essential services. Everything that you need is within walking and biking distance, as the neighbor is connected to the town center by a convenient sidewalk). Grocery stores, gas stations and banks are 3 minutes away by car (2 km). The town center, with its beautiful Rena Bianca (“White Sand”) beach and the historical Longonsardo tower are 7 minutes away by car (3.3 km). If you are up for a longer walk, you can also reach the town center via the harbor, which is a 17 minutes walk (1.2 km) from the villa.

“Roberto’s place was just perfect. The flat is located in a suburban area close to Santa Teresa in the basement of the house. As Roberto is living above the check-in was super easy. He is super kind and always available for questions or recommendations. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully furnished.
It has everything you need for your stay. The family is eco-conscious, so they installed a few extras that also take care of our environment… Super plus!
